Only the search terms (queries) and PubMed IDs (PMIDs) are transmitted to the external API. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected, transmitted, or stored. All data processing complies with the privacy standards of NCBI and OpenAI's usage policies. User queries and results are not logged or retained beyond the scope of the current session.
